Burger King

Another one bites the dust! Or so I told myself about my whopper craving lol. Following that was an awkward interaction between the guy behind the voice coming out the speaker and myself. Thought the robot answering machine needed batteries, but realized it's a guy!!! Briefly took my order and only reason I gave it two stars was because for once they got the order right. Dude at the window looked a little spacey.. but hey who am I to judge I got my food. Then I got home ecstatic about my whopper, coke, fries and cheesy tots. It was a 4 minute drive home and I might as well have driven with the bag out the window cuz not only was the tots frigid and non appeasing, so was my whopper and the bread just fell apart in my hand. Making a mess my momma made me clean up and I got yelled at for. Over all not the best...actually probably my worse BK meal.. on the bright side my coca cola was on point and that hit the spot for sure.

Food was cold, service was not great, waited 35 to 40 minutes for the food inside the location. Got missing items when I went to claim for them, saw an employee grabing a serving utensil from the floor and keeping using it to serve mozzarella and chicken sticks. Floor at this location was dirty, restrooms as well. Employees where more joking than assisting customers. I believe there is a lack of management and organization.

Absolutely worst Burger King I've been too. Please don't waste your money. Rude customer service and took zero accountability of the items missing from our order. Blaming it on door-dash. When asked to rectify I was told by manager we were "thirsty crack heads" and we would have to drive to pick up our missing items. Again, pass on this waste of a place, better options in the area. If I could leave zero star I would nothing trash there

The absolute worst customer service. No good employees at this location for a long time now. Slamming my money that you had to refund for on the countertop when YOU made a mistake with my order, getting upset at having to redo an order when YOU made the mistake. You’re getting paid to do work. If you don’t want to do “extra work,” then do your work right in the first place. No apologies ever from any of the employees and a whole lot side eyeing. This location is constantly and consistently hiring the same kinds of workers. This job isn’t difficult and yet this location can still find employees who can’t do the job lol

Very nice and fairly clean Burger King. The manager starting barking orders and mistakes at the staff because the line was getting a little backed up. The level of frustration was really unnecessary. I work retail and know the job can be demanding. I felt like I was a bother having asked for BBQ sauce and ketchup for my kids nuggets.
